Do you send my tickets via mail?

No, you can download your ticket as a .pdf at the end of the check out process. You will also receive a confirmation email with the attached ticket. Please print it our or store it on your mobile and present it at the registration desk.

How do I transfer my ticket to another person?

You can sell your ticket or give it to someone else any time. But if you want to change the name of the ticket owner and make sure he or she gets a printed name badge with their own name, please send an email to event@newthinking.de. It must include the ticket number and the name and email address of the new owner.

What is included in a Berlin Buzzwords Ticket?

All tickets are valid for the full three days and include free WiFi, food, snacks and drinks throughout the two conference days on Monday and Thursday. You can also join the barcamp on Sunday and meetups & hackathons taking place all over Berlin hosted by Berlin Buzzwords and local companies.

How many people do I need to get a group ticket?

The discount is valid for groups of 5 and more attendees.

I want to purchase a Trust us- or an Earlybird-Ticket but I’m still not sure if I’ll actually be able to make it to Berlin Buzzwords. Can I return the ticket?

You can resell your ticket and there are usually plenty of thankful takers to be found. You can also carry out a cancellation (But: the cancellation fees have to be paid by the attendees themselves).

I want to take part in the Call for Submissions but will also buy a Trust us- or an Earlybird-Ticket, just in case. Will I get the ticket costs reimbursed if my submission is accepted?

Last year we received more than 130 submissions and unfortunately had to reject quite a few (We also accepted many so don’t let that scare you off!). If your submission won't be accepted we will send you a 20% discount code for your ticket.

I’ll be taking part in the Call for Submissions. Do I have to buy a ticket if my submission will be accepted?

No, as a speaker you will take part for free.

I purchased a student ticket but will be finishing my studies in March. Can I still use the ticket?

Yes. Your student ID must have been valid between October 2015 and May 2016. For example, a student ID from winter semester 2015/16 is ok, but one from summer 2015 cannot be accepted.

Who is eligible for Student tickets?

Pupils, students, people on social welfare, retirees and people with disabilities are eligible for these tickets. It is very important that you are able to provide corresponding documentation of eligibility on location (student ID or other form of documentation that is valid in June 2016).
